You will have access to a huge amount of business experience that has been gained internationally, within different industry’s and through many trials and tribulations. I’ve been starting, building, tweaking and growing businesses for over 10 years. I’ve been coaching business owners for almost 5 years. In that time I have helped a variety of established business owners overcome many business challenges, problems and helped them grow their businesses in the process…you’re very welcome to tap into this experience and knowledge.
I have worn the T-Shirt and washed it several times and in different parts of the world from scratch.
My business, leadership and change management experience has been gained in the ‘trenches’. I have experienced lots of wins and have also made lots of mistakes, learned the lesson, dusted myself off and got back on the bike for another lap.
I have started, grown and exited a still very successful engineering business, bought a franchise and exited (very early). I am an active Director/Partner in a mobile catering business and specialist retail patisserie. I am continually growing and evolving my coaching practice, so the business experience that you will have access to is real and not learned in text books.
I have put in the hard yards, sweated, cried, been frustrated, made difficult decisions, solved problems, made mistakes, hired and fired, fortunately have survived and have enjoyed the journey (most of the time). Qualified?
Personally, I much prefer to be measured by the results that you achieve rather than the letters after my name. In terms of qualifications and certifications I have an accredited coaching qualification with the International Institute of Coaching and my coaching is monitored through CPD and recorded sessions to ensure its ‘coaching’.
I hold a current Chartered qualification in management with the UK Chartered Management Institute, this qualification is also monitored annually through CPD and validated assessment.
I have trained in what I believe to be the best thinking and strategic planning tools on the planet – ‘TOC’ – Theory of Constraints – Thinking Tools for problem solving and strategic planning.
I have over 10 years management and leadership experience specifically with medium sized businesses. I have experienced the corporate ‘larger’ organizational environment in Silicon Valley California and in Northern Ireland at the every start of my engineering career.
I am qualified maintenance engineer, with a lot of experience in solving problems, asking WHY? - improving processes and making things work better.
